Terms And Conditions For Keyboard Lessons
General Information
*Please can you encourage children to use the toilet prior to arrival - so as not to interrupt valuable lesson time.
*Prompt arrival for lessons is necessary, as lesson slots can not run over time - this is out of courtesy to other students who are also booked in. Unfortunately any late arrivals will result in a shorter lesson, with a full lesson charge.
*If arriving by car, please do not block neighbouring driveways. You are welcome to park on my drive if it is free.
*Pushchairs are to remain outside under porch canopy.
*Please remove shoes.
* To aid comfort; please can hands be clean before using the keyboard, as sticky keys are not comfortable to play.
*Parents, Friends or Relatives are welcome to wait in the music room whilst lessons are in progress (seating is provided). If young siblings are accompanying, please could I ask that they remain seated quietly - this will help to encourage Student's concentration.
*Food and Drink are prohibited whilst seated at the keyboard.
*In order to take advantage of the 10% Discount; a block of four lessons will need to be paid for in advance. Block lessons are non-refundable. Unfortunately I am unable to reserve lesson slots without payment.
The terms and conditions stated are there to provide a smooth transition between lessons with minimum disruption to students, in order for them to have maximum enjoyment.

Cancellation Notice for Lessons
Although I understand that sometimes you may not be able to keep a scheduled appointment, I would ask that you please give me as much notice as possible, so that I am able to offer the lesson slot to another person.
I would therefore advise; that I will require at least a 48 hour cancellation notice, to prevent any charges being incurred.
Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of your booked lesson.
Less than 24 hours notice will incur a full cancellation fee of your booked lesson.
