ABOUT ME

I have been playing the Piano and Keyboard for over 40 years I learnt to play the piano when I was in Infant School. I was taught by an extremely Dedicated Teacher.  At times the Teaching approach to my Piano lessons was quite intense and often seemed quite regimented. I learnt to play well, but didn't necessarily agree - looking back in later life, by  the way in which i was taught as a child. ​In later years, this went on to influence me in the way I would prefer to teach, by making my lessons enjoyable, fun and leaving students wanting more!! 

After I left Junior school and having been taught by my First Piano Teacher and achieving the early piano grades - I went on to successfully pass further piano examinations with Two Additional Private Music Teachers. ​In later life, I decided to share my musical talent and enthusiasm of playing music, by teaching Musical Keyboard. Although I wanted to teach I felt it was important to always make the student (despite age) feel completely  at ease!! It's never too late to learn, however - you can still feel slightly apprehensive - even at a more mature age.

I am a strong believer that everyone should be able to have a life of music. That's why I became a Teacher.

All my lessons are delivered on a One to One basis In my Dedicated Music Room. 

I am able to offer keyboard lessons in Blofield, Norwich, Norfolk to teach people of all ages a Complete Beginners' Course. 

I will guide each student through the basics of reading music, theory and playing;  Musical Keyboard with Piano Techniques.

Whilst my lessons will be fun, I can guarantee; you will be offered a High Standard of Tuition.
